Job Description

Recovery Operations

Assist in document or data recovery processes (physical or digital) Support inventory or asset recovery tasks Coordinate with vendors or clients for recovery-related follow-ups

Field Work

Visit client sites or offices for document pickup, delivery, or verification Handle cash collection and deposit tasks with proper documentation Represent the organization professionally during external interactions

Computer Knowledge Work

Use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting Maintain digital records and update databases Operate basic office software and troubleshoot minor issues

Filing & Documentation

Organize and maintain physical and digital files Ensure proper labeling, indexing, and archiving of documents Retrieve and submit documents as needed for audits or reviews

Cash Collection

Collect payments from clients or field locations Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction logs Coordinate with accounts team for reconciliation

Skills Required



Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry) Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel locally for field tasks Attention to detail and record-keeping Trustworthiness and professionalism in handling cash Office-based with regular field visits Interaction with internal teams and external clients May involve handling sensitive or confidential information

Pay: ₹8,621.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
