Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, couriers, and mail). Should be well versed with email, google drive.
Assist in maintaining office records, and other administrative work.
Do the Basic CRM work (Cheque deposit, home loan coordination, demand letter processing registration process)
Help coordinate internal and external communication between departments.
Manage petty cash and assist in basic record-keeping for expenses
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
