. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between management, departments, and external stakeholders, while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks, filing, and documentation for the MD's office.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the MD and senior management.
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as instructed.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
Act as a point of contact between the MD, restaurant teams, MiHospitality units, and external vendors/partners.
Track and update key tasks, deadlines, and projects for the MD Secretariat.
Assist in handling calls, emails, and communications promptly and professionally.
Support in event coordination, travel arrangements, and special projects.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline with strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Fluency in
English and Tamil
(Hindi knowledge is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Prior experience in hospitality or corporate administration preferred.
