Job Description

We are looking for a

highly proactive, smart, and organized Office Assistant / Project Coordinator / Office Administrator

to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate with government departments, and handle project-related liaison work. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in dealing with government officials and procedures.

Manage daily office operations, documentation, and correspondence. Handle payments, billing, and expense tracking efficiently. Coordinate and follow up with

government departments

for approvals, documentation, and project-related work. Minimum

5 years of experience working with Government Departments or Government Projects.

Manage

liaisoning activities

with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare reports, maintain project files, and assist management in administrative tasks. Schedule meetings, attend video conferences, and handle official communication. Ensure all office and project-related documentation is complete, accurate, and updated. Should be

hyper-active, responsible, and result-oriented.

Smart, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
