We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities
- Need to entry the every data in the excel regarding the stocks and outstanding stocks.
- Assist the Production team and maintain reports by working in a basic Excel sheet.
-Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
-Support office staff with administrative duties as required.
-Maintain office supplies inventory.
Skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
-Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills with people
-Prior experience in an office environment is advantageous.
