Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized

Office Staff

member to join our dynamic travel company. This role involves providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain and organize records, documents, and filing systems. Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and travel itineraries.

Customer Service:

Interact with clients to understand travel requirements and provide relevant information. Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary. Coordinate with clients to confirm bookings and manage cancellations.

Travel Coordination:

Assist in booking flights, hotels, transportation, and tours. Ensure timely updates and communication regarding travel plans. Collaborate with vendors and partners for smooth service delivery.

Office Management:

Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishments. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Support team members in day-to-day operations and project tasks.

Qualifications:



Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus). Prior experience in office administration or the travel industry is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of travel software is an advantage.

Work Schedule:


Full-time position with flexibility to meet the needs of the business, including occasional weekend or evening work based on travel schedules.

Salary:
