Position Overview:



Experience:

3-4 years of experience in a similar role

The role involves supporting the Executive Assistant in managing day-to-day operations of the CMD's office. This includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with communication and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars. Help prepare and organize documents, reports, MIS and presentations. Coordinate travel logistics and handle basic expense tracking. Manage follow-ups on tasks and communications as assigned. Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Executive Assistant.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline; prior administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
