Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Handle routine administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document organization.
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries efficiently.
Assist in coordinating meetings by preparing rooms, arranging equipment, and ensuring refreshments are available.
Support staff with internal document and file distribution.
Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies as needed.
Run small errands outside the office (e.g., to the bank, post office, or suppliers) when required.
Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure adherence to office hygiene, safety, and organizational standards.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and printing/scanning).
Physically fit and capable of performing light manual tasks.
Punctual, honest, and dependable.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an office support, administrative, or housekeeping role.
Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
Basic understanding of office procedures and record-keeping.
