We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be comfortable with computer applications, and be capable of handling daily follow-ups, online research, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
daily follow-ups
with clients, vendors, and internal teams via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
Conduct
internet research
to gather data, find suppliers, collect market information, or support project needs.
Prepare and format documents using
MS Word
, create reports and data sheets in
Excel
, and design presentations in
PowerPoint
.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence as needed.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (preferred).
Proficient in MS Office Suite
- especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good internet research skills and ability to summarize findings effectively.
Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
