Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and prioritize daily office tasks, including handling correspondence (email, mail, faxes), scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and direct them appropriately.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
