The Office Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, manage communication, maintain records, and support office operations. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Google Sheets are required; Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle filing, data entry, scanning & document management
Manage phone calls, emails & basic office communication
Assist visitors, clients & vendors professionally
Prepare/update reports & spreadsheets using
Google Sheets
and MS Excel
Maintain office supplies, inventory & coordinate with vendors
Assist in scheduling meetings & maintaining office records
Support HR, accounts & admin teams in daily tasks
Keep office areas organized and clean
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good knowledge of
Google Sheets
(formulas, formatting, data entry)
Basic MS Word, Excel & Email skills
Knowledge of Tally - added advantage
Good communication & organizational skills
Ability to multitask and follow instructions
Freshers or 0-2 years experience can apply
