Ensure the office premises, including the pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas, are clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
Clerical Support:
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, and maintaining office records.
Mail & Deliveries:
Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents to the relevant staff members.
Errands:
Run office errands as required, such as purchasing supplies, delivering important documents to local banks or client sites, or making bank deposits.
Hospitality:
Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to office staff and visitors, and set up meeting rooms for meetings and events.
Supply Management:
Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and toiletries, reporting any shortages to the supervisor.
General Assistance:
Provide general support to all office staff with day-to-day tasks and other office-related duties as needed.
Reporting:
Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues within the office premises to the appropriate department or manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
High school diploma (10th or 12th pass) or equivalent qualification is typically required.
Experience:
Previous experience as an office assistant, peon, or related role is an advantage but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
Basic communication skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform general physical tasks.
