Ensure cleanliness of office premises, cabins, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, and washrooms.
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining hygiene standards.
Arrange chairs, tables, and office setup for meetings and events.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and guests.
Maintain pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, water, utensils).
Keep the pantry, kitchenware, and dining area clean and organized.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, binding, filing, and printouts for employees.
Organize and maintain documents in files, folders, and storage cabinets.
Deliver files/documents from one department to another when required.
Visit banks, courier services, post office, government office, or market for office-related tasks.
Deliver and collect documents, cheques, parcels, or materials.
Handle small purchases like stationery, snacks, cleaning supplies, etc.
Welcome and assist visitors and clients with seating, water, tea, etc.
Coordinate with receptionist/HR for visitor management.
Maintain visitor register when required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, training rooms, interview desks, and events.
Help with basic administrative duties when required.
Support during office shifting or organizing files, furniture, and documents.
Ensure all lights, AC, electrical devices are off before closing time.
Maintain basic discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Follow company rules, dress code, and hygiene standards.
