Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality & Support:
Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
Setting up meeting rooms.
Maintenance & Cleanliness:
Keeping the office, pantry, and washrooms clean and tidy.
Dusting furniture, fixtures, and floors.
Disposing of trash and restocking supplies (washroom, pantry).
Administrative Assistance:
Delivering and collecting documents/files within the office.
Photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
Managing incoming/outgoing mail.
Assisting with ordering and stocking office supplies.
Errands:
Running errands outside the office as needed, e.g., purchasing supplies.
