to support the daily operations of our Tarnaka campus. The candidate will handle routine office tasks, support staff and faculty, and ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning in the campus environment.
Key Responsibilities: General Office Support
Assist staff and faculty with basic tasks and errands.
Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and document delivery within the campus.
Arrange classrooms before and after sessions (chairs, tables, materials).
Student & Faculty Assistance
Provide required stationery, tools, and materials for classes.
Assist during workshops, events, and internal activities.
Support faculty with small academic-related tasks when needed.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of the office, classrooms, washrooms, and common areas.
Serve drinking water, tea, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Ensure dusting, mopping, and overall upkeep of the campus.
Administrative Support
Deliver and collect documents from nearby locations if required.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and class materials.
Assist the admin team with basic campus maintenance tasks.
Requirements
Prior experience as Office Boy / Peon / Helper preferred.
Basic communication skills.
Polite, disciplined, and punctual.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Should be trustworthy and hardworking.
