Office Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including dusting furniture and cleaning pantries and washrooms.
Staff & Visitor Support: Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors. Greet and assist visitors upon arrival.
Mail & Document Handling: Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Administrative Assistance: Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing basic data entry.
Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and restock when necessary.
Equipment & Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report malfunctioning office equipment.
Clerical Support: Support other departments with various clerical tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organisation & Time Management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Attentiveness: Attention to detail and a friendly disposition.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer software is often required.
