Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas
Prepare And Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors in a professional manner
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling
Support inter-departmental requirements and daily office operations
Manage pantry supplies and report shortages to administration
Handle internal document movement and courier coordination
Ensure compliance with office policies and safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic literacy,communication skills and System Friendly
Well-groomed, disciplined, and professional behavior
Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
Prior experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
