Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, including meeting rooms and common areas.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms, ensuring required materials and refreshments are arranged.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking as needed.
Handle delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other items to and from clients or departments.
Support staff with basic administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Monitor and maintain office equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
Provide general assistance to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of total work experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude with good communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of office equipment; computer literacy is a plus.
