Role ;

1. General Support Duties

Assist in day-to-day non-clinical activities of the polyclinic. Support doctors, nurses, receptionist, and management staff. Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors.
2. Patient Assistance

Help patients with directions inside the clinic. Assist elderly, disabled, or sick patients when required. Escort patients to consultation rooms, lab, pharmacy, or washrooms.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene Support

Maintain cleanliness of OPD areas, waiting room, corridors, and washrooms. Assist housekeeping staff when required. Ensure availability of drinking water, chairs, and basic amenities.
4. File & Document Handling

Carry patient files, reports, and documents between departments. Arrange and store files properly. Support record movement within the clinic.
5. Supply & Stock Assistance

Assist in shifting medicines, medical supplies, and consumables. Inform supervisor about shortage of cleaning or office materials. Help in arranging stores and inventory areas.
6. Messenger & Errand Duties

Deliver reports, samples, or documents within the clinic. Assist in external errands such as bank visits, courier, or local purchases (if assigned). Support during health camps and special OPD days.
7. Safety & Discipline

Follow clinic rules, hygiene, and safety guidelines. Support infection control practices. Report any unsafe conditions, spills, or damage to staff.
8. Professional Conduct

Be polite, respectful, and helpful to patients and staff. Maintain punctuality and proper uniform (if provided). Protect patient privacy and clinic property.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
