Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
-Ensure daily cleaning of office premises, including desks, floors, and common areas.
-Maintain cleanliness of pantry, kitchen, and restroom areas.
-Regularly check and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries.
2. Pantry & Refreshments
-Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.
-Monitor pantry stock and inform management when replenishment is needed.
3. Office Support
-Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
-Collect and distribute documents, files, and mail within the office.
-Deliver or collect documents from external locations (e.g., banks, post office, suppliers) when required.
4. Office Supplies Management
-Monitor office stationery and supplies and report low stock levels.
-Support with minor inventory management tasks as directed.
5. Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks
-Perform simple errands or outdoor tasks, including purchasing small office needs.
-Support admin staff in organizing office meetings or events.
-Assist in moving or setting up office furniture or equipment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
