Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, pantry, and washrooms.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle outdoor tasks including bank-related work, document collection and delivery, and utility/bill payments.
Assist with basic clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and document handling.
Ensure pantry supplies and office consumables are well-stocked and replenished regularly.
Support the admin or office team in daily operational tasks.
Monitor and manage petty cash for routine errands and office purchases.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and couriers efficiently

- Handling clerical tasks, and basic computer skills

Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of total work experience (preferred).
Basic knowledge of clerical and housekeeping responsibilities.
Ability to communicate in English (basic).
Willingness to travel for outdoor tasks (up to 50% of the time).
