Maintain cleanliness of the entire office, including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area.
Sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect all required areas on a daily basis.
Clean desks, glass surfaces, doors, and common areas.
Ensure timely disposal of office waste and maintain dustbins.
Refill and manage pantry supplies like water, tea/coffee items, disposable cups, and basic kitchen items.
Serve water, tea, and coffee to staff and visitors when required.
Manage basic office errands such as photocopying, document delivery, and assisting admin team.
Maintain hygiene standards in pantry and washroom areas.
Report any repair or maintenance needs to the Admin/HR team.
Support office staff in day-to-day small tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 8th-10th pass (preferred).
Previous experience in office cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage.
Basic understanding of hygiene standards.
Punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
