Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, mailing, and data entry.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize office records, databases, and filing systems.
Manage office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement when required.
Assist in preparing letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packages.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
Handle
bank-related errands
, including
cheque deposits, fund transfers, and document collection

Conduct
client visits
for
document handovers, collections, and coordination of administrative matters

Visit
government offices
for
document submissions, collections, and official correspondence
.
Support HR and Finance departments with administrative and record-keeping tasks.
Ensure confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information.
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities.
Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
