Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (pantry, washrooms, meeting rooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory (stationery, beverages, etc.)
Support staff with minor administrative or logistical tasks
Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and documents
Set up meeting rooms before and after discussions or client visits
Ensure proper functioning of pantry and office equipment
Assist the HR/Admin department in daily operational tasks when required
