Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to support smooth office operations. The role includes maintaining office cleanliness, serving tea and water, handling documents, running errands, and assisting staff in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.

Maintain cleanliness of the office premises and pantry area.

Assist with basic filing and document organization.

Support reception duties such as welcoming guests and handling calls when needed.

Handle courier deliveries and postal dispatches.

Help arrange meetings, conferences, and office logistics.

Run errands and perform general office maintenance tasks.

Ensure timely availability of office supplies like stationery and refreshments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.

Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage but not mandatory.
