Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including pantry, washrooms, and work areas.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Handle outdoor work such as courier deliveries, bank deposits, and document collection.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work.
Manage and replenish pantry supplies and stationery items.
Support the HR/Admin team during office events or meetings.
Ensure that office equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of office etiquette and communication.
Physically fit and punctual.
Honest, reliable, and polite attitude.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
