The Office Assistant will support daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the school office. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations, including receiving visitors, phone calls, and inquiries
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (both digital and physical)
Support teachers and administrative staff in day-to-day clerical work
Assist in managing school correspondence such as emails, letters, circulars, and notices
Prepare and photocopy documents, forms, and reports as required
Coordinate scheduling of meetings, appointments, and school events
Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate purchase requests when needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and office area
Provide support during admissions, fee collection, and data entry tasks
Handle errands within or outside the school premises when necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital record-keeping
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a school or educational institution (preferred)
Well-organized, punctual, and responsible attitude
Work Environment:
