We are looking for a female office staff to handle documentation and administrative tasks in our office. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to manage records efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and maintain technical and office documents
Assist in preparing project or client-related documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of reports
Draft and review emails, letters, and other correspondence
Maintain filing systems (soft and hard copies)
Support day-to-day office operations
Requirements
Any degree (Electrical Engineering preferred)
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Good computer and MS Office skills
Female candidates only (below 30 years)
Timing :
9.30 AM to 6 PM
