Key Responsibilities:
Purchase office supplies, stationery, groceries, and other items as per company requirements.
Deliver and collect documents, cheques, invoices, and other materials to/from clients, banks, and government offices.
Deposit and withdraw money or documents from the bank when needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, deliveries, and returns.
Ensure timely completion of errands and report any delays or issues to the supervisor.
Assist in handling courier services (sending/receiving parcels).
Keep records of purchases and submit receipts or bills to the accounts department.
Support office staff with small tasks as needed (e.g., helping with shifting items, minor maintenance help, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all external interactions.
