Roles and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and official correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Support office coordination and internal communication
Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
Graduate or diploma in any discipline (preferred)
0-2 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, internet)
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
Basic knowledge of office procedures and documentation
Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
Willingness to support multiple departments when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
