. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office administrative and operational work
Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO
Manage and schedule CEO's meetings, calls, and conference calls
Maintain calendars, reminders, and follow-ups
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations when required
Manage travel planning and coordination
Accompany the CEO for travel on certain occasions as required
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, Calendar management)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Willingness to travel with the CEO when required

Presentable, disciplined, and professional attitude
High level of discretion and integrity
Flexible with working hours when required

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
