Job Description

We're looking for a smart and organized Office Assistant who can handle day-to-day office operations efficiently. The role requires someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking between admin, documentation, and coordination work.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical) Assist in preparing letters, reports, and spreadsheets as required Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence Coordinate with various departments for documentation and follow-ups Manage basic accounting entries, invoices, and petty cash (if needed) Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and handle visitors Support HR and Admin in daily office operations

Required Skills:



Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of office management and record keeping Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
