Job Description

We are looking for a

highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager

to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring sales targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize performance. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor sales metrics and performance, preparing detailed reports for management. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Ensure smooth execution of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns to maintain client satisfaction. Stay updated with CRM software and sales automation tools to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least

1-2 years in a managerial role

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
