Handle office administration and day-to-day clerical work
Manage files, documents, and records (physical & digital)
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and emails
Handle incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
Coordinate with internal departments for routine tasks
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Support HR/accounts team with basic data entry and documentation
Schedule meetings and assist in office coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / HSC (as per company requirement)
1-3 years experience in office administration
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
