The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordination, and general office assistance.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in day-to-day administrative and office support activities Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management Maintain office records, registers, and files Coordinate courier, mail, and document dispatch activities Support preparation of basic reports and documents Answer phone calls and direct visitors appropriately Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and discipline Manage office stationery and pantry supplies Support senior staff with routine office tasks Assist in meeting arrangements and coordination

Skills & Requirements:



Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email) Good communication and coordination skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Organized, punctual, and responsible Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
