The Office Assistant will support daily office operations by maintaining records, preparing documentation, and assisting work teams. The candidate must have fluent English communication skills and strong computer knowledge (MS Office required) to ensure smooth workflow and accurate documentation.

Maintain and update office records using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
Support continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
Assist with daily administrative tasks
Provide assistance to management and team members in various office operations.
