We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Assistant to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, coordination, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily office operations
Handling documentation, filing, and correspondence
Preparing letters, reports, and maintaining records
Coordinating with departments for updates and follow-ups
Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Managing phone calls, emails, and front-desk communication
Maintaining Word, Excel & other MS Office files
Supporting routine administrative and coordination activities
Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized University/Board
MS-CIT or any equivalent computer course
2-3 years of experience in office administration/coordination
Marathi & English typing:
30-40 w.p.m.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
