Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director with scheduling, communication, and daily tasks.
Manage correspondence, calls, and meeting arrangements.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documents.
Handle office coordination, filing, and supply management.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Requirements
Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate - specify as needed]
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Must be open to
traveling for client visits and meetings.
Office Timing 9.30 to 6.30 , Sunday Holiday.
