Manage and maintain office documentation (electronic and hard copy).
Assist in program planning, development, and administrative operations.
Prepare reports, letters, proposals, presentations, and meeting materials.
Handle budgeting, expenditure tracking, and accounting records.
Manage departmental calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and supplies.
Operate and maintain office equipment; coordinate repairs when needed.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, inquiries, and reception duties.
Manage filing systems, mail (incoming/outgoing), and inventory records.
Process invoices, prepare gate passes, and maintain attendance or other records.
Perform any other administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
