We are expanding our team and are looking for a proactive Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks.
Assist in documentation, file management, and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain office inventory and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Handle phone calls, emails, and courier dispatches.
Support the HR and operations team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
Prepare basic reports and maintain records.
Assist in managing vendor documents and project files.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
