Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Office Assistant
with 2-3 years of experience, who is proficient in
Microsoft Excel
and capable of handling day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update records, reports, and data in
Excel spreadsheets
.
Prepare and manage basic MIS reports, attendance sheets, and project trackers.
Assist in daily office operations and coordination between departments.
Handle filing, documentation, and scanning of important office papers.
Support in managing office inventory and supply orders.
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and external agencies as needed.
Provide administrative support to senior staff and project teams.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2-3 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role.
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, etc.).
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in data entry or handling reports.
Knowledge of Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (optional).
Fluency in English and Hindi.
