Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and stationery.
Support the Admin team with basic documentation and record keeping.
Answer phone calls, emails, and direct queries to the concerned department.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office documents and workspace.
Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth office operations.
Perform any other clerical duties as assigned by the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
