You'll be the backbone of our office, handling a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. We're looking for a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities, from administrative support to client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:
Manage daily office tasks, including organising paper work, handling correspondence, and maintaining office other work.
Client Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a professional and courteous experience both over the phone and in person.
Sales Team Support:
Assist our sales team with preparing property documents, presentations, and maintaining client records.
Field Work:
Conduct property visits and client drop-offs, requiring four-wheeler driving skills.
Scheduling & Logistics:
Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings for the team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
