Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Handle mail, filing, and tally data entry
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Assist in document preparation and reports.
Support accounting and office supply management.
Help with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Aid marketing team with materials and listings.
Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
Assist in event coordination and general admin tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior office assistant or administrative experience preferred.
