We are looking for experienced local candidates to carry out office assistant duties.
Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain physical office inventory under supervision of Operations / Business Coordinator.
Packing of orders received under supervision of Operations / Business Coordinator.
Oversee work by housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene & upkeep of the office and surrounding area.
Greet & provide tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors.
Assist with filing documents, making copies of documents and keeping records.
Deliver / bring documents and packages from vendors & clients locally.
Monitor the use of equipment and supplies, and arrange for repairs.
Ensure the security of office keys and documents.
Qualifications and Skills
High school pass & able to read basic English.
Basic office skills, knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
