Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our daily operations. The role involves basic office coordination, making calls, handling simple documentation, and assisting with banking-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Make and receive calls for coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Handle basic banking-related work such as cheque deposits, withdrawals, or document submissions. Maintain records, files, and simple documentation as required. Provide support to senior staff as and when needed. Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination to complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred). Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) will be an advantage. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Honest, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/10/2025
