to join our garment manufacturing/retail team. The role involves supporting daily office and production activities, handling documentation, and coordinating with staff for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain office records, purchase orders, and invoices related to garments.
Assist in data entry for inventory, stock, and dispatch.
Handle phone calls, emails, and client/vendor communication.
Support the merchandising and production team with reports and documentation.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
Provide general office support to management and staff.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in the garment/textile industry is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
