Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Support HR and administrative staff with documentation and clerical tasks.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
Organize and maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide support in basic accounting tasks such as handling petty cash and invoices.
Coordinate courier services, visitor management, and front-desk assistance when required.
