Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems (both physical & digital) for easy document retrieval.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients when required.
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (stationery, housekeeping, courier, etc.).
Assist in data entry for accounting records (sales, purchases, expenses).
Maintain petty cash records and support expense tracking.
Coordinate with the accountant/CA for required documents.
Support the production/dispatch team. (transport coordination, etc.).
Follow up with suppliers and vendors for material requirements.
Support management with day-to-day tasks and reporting.
Handle ad-hoc administrative assignments as require
Requirements
Graduate (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
1-2 years of experience in office assistant.
