Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Support HR and accounts teams in documentation or data entry
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and other service providers
Help in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
